hey... the thrills and spills of the hongkong trip are still evident in my mind. i made many new friends. :) and i went to disneyland which wasn't as fun as i expected it to be but it was gd. 9 days... in a strange, faraway land where everyone speaks a language, ok more like dialect, tt i don't understand. hongkong has beautiful scenery esp at night along the bay near tsim sha tsui street. the city is juz breathtaking. and the bridges r really beautiful. it's veri different compared to singapore as there's so mani really tall buildings wif colourful lights, creating a colourful atmosphere.

sg: ppl mostly speak in english
hk: ppl mostly speak cantonese

hk: lots of buildings

this trip has really taught me to depend on God. it has taught me independence 'coz i could not depend on anyone but myself n God. n most of them i was unreliable. God gave me the strength. n it has made me treasure my family, friends, school n country. it was an eye-opening experience and an exchange of culture. despite my feeling of loneliness sometime in the trip, i feel that the trip was a worthwhile experience and everyone shld try it esp those overprotected. yupz.
