Happy National Day everyone!

din go to national stadium this yr...
been to the ndp lik almost evry yr last time
coz my dad was in the saf.
now he's kinda still is but considered retired.
and besides it's almost the same evryyear.
the goody bags, the noise makers, the colourful choir,
the marching contingent, the gun shots,
the canons, the hosts, the kallang/padang waves,
the president n prime minister's arrivals,
the singing of national day songs,
the colourful performances put up by SOKA and/or PAP
and other organisations,
the F-16s and the Cheenuks(duno how to spell it, juz spellin it lik how it sounds lik),
the national anthem n pledge, the dances
and lastly the fireworks.
personally, i'm quite bored of it
and dislike the loud noises made esp by the fireworks.
i kinda hav a phobia of sudden loud noises... dun ask me why.
even yesterdae, when evryone was popping their party poppers,
i was lik blinkin quite abit.
fortunately no one noticed tt den.
i bravely popped one too.
but at least i knew of when it was gonna pop
since i was the one doin the poppin.
in the end when i popped it,
nothin came out.
those colourful paper ruffles thing was suppose
to come out right?
but it din.
if i watch fireworks on the tv or frm a great distance
i'm not tt afraid.
yesterday,
we had the national day celebrations
den we were all cheerin for our respective houses.
the skits put up were all really hilarious.
no offence to tolley ppl
but i din understand tt skit at all.
it lik din really link.
the pauline twohill thing was really funny.
n jesslyn rocks la...
hahahaha!!!
she acted as rosie, pck's wife.
aftrwhich tanya n i went over to clarissa's house
(not her real physical house but the group she was in)
den we joined the gang...
n sang our lungs n throats out!
hahaha!
so fun!
